Default Flush with plumbing antifreeze

Ok, when winterizing, who’s blowing out with compressed air? Who’s flushing antifreeze through the flush port? Who’s doing none of that?

Just met a guy and his dad, who teaches boat maintenance and owns seadoos. He says rousing with antifreeze is a must.
Manual says otherwise.

For those that are flushing, how do you do it and what do you use? Submersible pump? Drill pump?
