2015 Sea doo Spark ...The dealer in Cleveland Ohio said we were the first ones to come in with hull damage on the sparks. the insurance covered the damage from a sideswipe just incase anybody wants to know what the cost is to repair these Sparks. the bottom hull sells for $1749.99 total cost with labor $3033.62 for replacing the top deck of the Spark parts $1081.99 total cost with labor $1588.77 this work was done at a Sea doo dealer.

Your going to need rivets or something between the crack to hold it together otherwise fiberglass would not be able to hold up to the flex of plastic.. Rivet either the fiberglass repair or buy some aluminum 2" strips and rivet those in and fiberglass over that (on the inside), then fill the crack with 2 part marine epoxy or try the plastic welding idea...

The more I think about it, the more Im thinking the flex of plastic would not be good to repair with fiberglass.. But maybe Im completely off here...

Has someone done this repair yet? I would love to see what you did or how it holds up to the "flex" of plastic...
