Hi everyone I am new to the forum, I just got my 2015 sea doo spark 2up H.O. delivered yesterday and was just wondering about your guys first impression when you took it out for the first time and what do you recommend during the break in period. Thanks!

When the dealer asks how did you run in read the book and what's you did

But with mine run in like the 2 stroke take it easy first 5 hrs and keep the revs varied don't sit on eg 4000 rpm only for a long time and a few quick bursts runs
UGH...I was hoping I would get a call soon for mine. :fingers crossed:

Most people will tell you to just vary the rpms as much as possible(as stated above) without going too high in the range right away(this helps seat the rings). There are some who will tell you to drive it like you stole it right away. The ECU should limit you RPMs till you hit the break in time anyway.
From what I have heard and observed, varying the RPM's is one of the best things you can do to ensure the engine will be good for a long time
Hey man welcome to the forum!

Where are you from? I just wonder what the weather is like where you are this time of year. We just got out first snow today :( Now the long wait until Spring (which is like May in Canada)

**** that sucks, reason why i rather not move up to the north
but apparently today it was colder in texas than it was in alaska.

Really???? That is not something that I would ever expect. Looks like Rick Perry's cold heart is finally having an effect on the weather.

Thanks! Im from Los Angeles and its averaging about 70 to 75 degrees out here
not bad at least you're much better off than those up north, not much in the weather to hold you back from some fun on the water.
