Looking to install a bilge on my 2014 spark. I have a 2017 trixx also and I noticed that after a day on the water there's a decent amount coming out of the 2014 when I pull the plug.

Assuming that it's normal, and the reason my trixx is dry is the pump.

All the instructions always show wired to a switch. But can't I bypass that and just allow it to be automatic all the time? Will that drain a battery. Just curious. I'd rather not have a switch to turn it on and off if possible.

Also.. if having some water come out when the plug is pulled is NOT normal please let me know. It's never a whole lot. Maybe enough to fill a 12 oz cup or so.

hi the trixx has factory bilge that runs for a few minutes after power is off
you can buy the bilge kit that clips into the fuse housing plug and play and will time out the same as a trixx.
im busy making a new bilge system for the sparks that wont need fuse box fiddling, im about a month away from releasing it, just got brackets made and now waiting on the hose and outlets.
follow me on instagram or Facebook #sserg_q for updates and releases,
