Any ideas on how to improve the seat?

I am finding the seat comfort a little uncomfortable for long rides. Any suggestions to upgrade this? Must admit this is an amazing machine, extremely happy with the spark. This appears to be the only downfall with it from my perspective.

buy a seat cover and add some foam under neath it may help
You are right, I wish they sell an aftermarket larger comfortable seat i bet it would sell like hotcakes.

I'd buy one in a heartbeat. It's my only complaint about the Spark.
I know my wife would want one! I don't find it too bad, its worse the first couple of rides but the more time you spend on it the more you get used to it. adding a layer of foam to it or even making it wider would help but you would have to modify the seat cover, likely the aftermarket seat covers won't fit with more foam without adding some material to the seat cover also.

I have seen Air Hawk seat cushions for street bikes that might be of interest to some people, they just strap onto the existing seat.
Seat cover with foam underneath seems the best bet. I don't really see many alternatives to that.
We bought the Airhawk air seat cushion.
They are a little more comfortable.

That said, i will sell them as they are good for all day rides but we usually only get to ride a few hours at the time.
