Blew hole in water box

I let some bikini clad chick ride the spark. She sucked up debris, and proceeded to wail on the throttle without moving. The exhaust overheated and literally melted a hole right through the water box and melted the temp sensor AND took out the wear ring.

Where does the water for the waterbox pickup from? think just welding a patch on the box is ok? Anyone have a used one to sell me?

Don't let women touch your sh*t... only let them Only your sh*t.

My brother had his 99' XP limited flipped yesterday and the female couldn't flip it back over for 5 min, The whole engine was full of water.

As for repairs, there is a shop manual on the forum that you can download, Just search for it. It might have a diagram that you can use to see the best method of repairing it

basically the water comes from the exhaust manifold and gets pushed through the system by exhaust pressure, as long as your patch is watertight and strong enough not to get blown out by exhaust pressure you should be ok.
Ill weld it up then...Seriously, I have never seen a waterbox blow a hole and the temp sensor melt before....
