Brand new, leaking coolant!

I have a 2017 and mine is doing the same thing. When I first got it I topped up the coolant and the cap was easy as pie to take on and off. After my first oil change with the deck off (20 hours) I took the cap off and it was he'll to get back on. Ever since then I have been leaking coolant. I thought it might have been the water pump gasket or oil cooler like other people have had problems with but I confirmed today that it is leaking out of the overflow. I put a strip of paper towel inside the overflow tube and after about 20 mins I checked the hose and the paper towel was soaked in coolant. It is not over filled I believe it is due to a bad seal between the reservoir and cap. More noticeable when doing tail stands but even just playing around lightly I am losing some. I took the cover off during my ride just to check and make sure that it wasn't expanding too much. I think something got warped, either the cap or the reservoir and it's not sealing properly.

-Update- I decided to try a new coolant reservoir cap to see if that would fix my leak. My dealer said they have never heard of any leaks coming from the reservoir. Picked up a new cap (about $20 Canadian) and it screwed on much easier. I went for a ride and rode hard all day, tail stands for days. I would check the coolant expansion reservoir periodically and it was building up a little pressure when before the coolant would not expand into the reservoir. Normally I would loose about a 1/2" of coolant after a ride and after engine cooled I was still on the fill line. It seems the new cap fixed my problem so I'll see how long this cap holds up.
