An easier more cost-effective way might be to hire a pro and video tape segments that could put on a cd for sale. Even better would be for people to post vids on youtube for free.
It's a terrific idea Mark! I am too far away to help you with it (different country and all), but hopefully those closer will jump on the bandwagon!Great idea. We can do that as well for people not in range. But I would like to do this with a group and even have several Sparks there to work on . This fall would be a good time to get the skis winterized and I know I want to change out the impeller as well. For less than the cost of having the dealer do the work , people could get it done and know how to do it yourself in the future.
Your not that far. Would the DIY seminar interest you? Are you north shore or south shore?I live in West long island. Possibly get a upper east coast meet and ride?
I agree and that's why I would like to find 3 or more people interested and maybe bringing their Sparks. We could do this in the fall for less than the cost of winterizing by a dealer and walk away with much more.yes but there is a HUGE difference between watching youtube videos or a CD series vs hands on work with one on one time with the expert. There is no substitute for practical experience when it comes to working on your gear, there is also no substitute for being able to ask questions in a face to face environment...
