Drain plug

I forgot to insert the drain plug when i took the spark out... I was riding for about 40 mins and then it was on the water for 20 mins. When i took it up i saw the plug just hanging there, but there was no water draining? I tipped it a little but no water was coming out. The day after i noticed a little bit of water in the engine compartment and a little bit of salt on top of the battery. Should i spray the engine with freshwater or not? Why isnt the water i noticed draining?

Yes, please spray it with soapy water and then rinse it down afterwards !!
Use salt away and rinse the full inside just don't get any water in the intake. Also open the oil compartment and spray from in there as well. Once u finish with spraying with salt away then use fresh water and your good.
Anyone???

There is a built in bilge pump which removes water whilst the motor is running. Then when you load the ski onto the trailer the remaining water drains out of the hull through the removable drain plug. If you check out the hull diagram on the Seadoo Warehouse site you'll see it there.
