I have 2 units of Seadoo Psrks 2up 60hp that has the exact same problem. After about 200 hours, the shaft seems to be loose. Thread on the shaft looks ok. Thread inside the impeller is ok. My final suspicion is the threan inside the engine. If this is true, then i will have to change my cranck shaft. How can the thread on the drive shaft be stronger than the ones in the engine. 10 years experience with Seadoo, and only the drive shaft goes off, never the engine. Or is there another explanation for this..? (Fyi, i have not taken the engine apart to check this)

Anyone can help me..?
