Getting ready to purchase with a few questions

I am looking to purchase a pair of Sparks. Questions pop up along the way so i figured i would make a thread. First question is about the flush kit. What exactly are you flushing on this closed loop cooling engine?

That makes sense. The dealer couldnt give me a solid answer on that.
What type of wax/sun protection are you guys using?
What type of pump are yall using for extracting oil for oil changes? All of the auto part store mechanical pumps ive ever owned broke after 1 use...

This type of plastic can take a heat treatment when it gets faded, restoring it to like new condition, And for oil extraction... You might just want to make your own with a small 12V pump and a tank to hold the oil, like a gas can. I did this and it hasn't had a problem since I built it

Warm/thin oil can be siphoned out, just takes a while.
I just bought a $15 self extraction siphon off of ebay. As long as the oil is warm before you change, you shouldnt have a problem siphoning it out...

Just keep your skis covered at all times when not using and you wont have to worry about that. Never store for extended periods of time under direct sunlight
Found a dealer with 3 skis. A friend is wanting an orange and i am wanting a bubble gum. My model is in his color and his in mine. They want 380.00 to swap plastics.
Anyone removed the color panels yet? Is it simple? Do you have to break the factory seal?
They are simple to swap. There are no "factory" seals. But there are some hull seals that would have to come apart but nothing that wouldn't be taken apart with regular maintenance.
