My 2015 spark has 26 hours on it at the moment. I've never had any significant amount of water in my hull; after long trips or even after wave jumping for hours. When I pull the plug nothing comes out.
When your ski is running the bailers will suck most of the extra water out of the hull. If you're seeing significant water after active riding then you might very well have a leak somewhere (or possibly an exhaust hose connection that is leaking). If your ski has been floating in the water for hours or days without running then you might get a little through the driveshaft seal or some other places.
