Hi everyone, I figured you all would be interested in the extensive number of mods I have done to my Spark 3up IBR: (not in order of importance)

1. CUSTOM quick trim system (works amazing)

2. CUSTOM extended rideplate with Tunnel (really nice/needed upgrade)

3. CUSTOM true cold/dry air intake system (completely sealed and ONLY cold air and it works flawlessly)

4. CUSTOM E.G.R. setup that ALL Sparks need in my opinion that ELIMINATES regurgitation of oily air getting into the intake (a no brainer)

5. CUSTOM rear silencer bypass (very similar to others I have seen however mine ties into the intake system believe it or not and is very effective)

6. CUSTOM "Taper Bar" grips with bar extenders

7. Stainless Steel Wear Ring (RIVA part) the plastic wear rings are junk lets face it, mine was worn irregularly BEFORE it even went into the water (I still have it if anyone wants it CHEAP! Never used only started up at dealer before delivery)

8. CUSTOM high flow/lightweight driveshaft that I made which increases flow/reduces cavitation and reduces spinning weight (works great WHY use the bogus heavy huge stock one?)

9. CUSTOM modified IBR stoppers and travel angle stops too. (gives CRAZY better brakes and allows my Quick Trim setup to have more range too)

10. CUSTOM V TECH 110 hp tune for my mods

11. Stainless Steel washers all around for the deck and nose/tail screws (really a must have as the stock plastic ones are junk, plus the metal ones make the entire ski more solid by creating a larger more solid hold down over the entire surface unlike the plastic wimpy feeble ones)

12. CUSTOM relocated sponsons (just elongated the holes to drop them down fully is all)

I really like the Spark with this setup and really want more top speed but am unwilling to add 40 pounds for a Turbo setup.

Now that is awesome, i wonder how your mods rank in comparison to what others have done here, you just may have the most amount of mods done to your spark on this forum.
Yeah I have a mental condition where I simply CANNOT handle "stock" LOL
I am an inventor
Have you checked out my Cambertires yet?
OH and by the way OF COURSE I removed my Flame Arrestor LOL

Nice! What does dropping the sponsons do?
Better grip in really hard/tight or fast turns no downsides and it is free

The ride plate ..sounds interesting.

I would like to hear more about your quick trim system! is it adjustable on the fly? I saw one on another site somewhere that someone rigged up with an old VTS assembly and a steering nozzle off an RXT I think. It looks as though Brp has put some thought in it already as the IBR models already have trim rings on them just not hooked up and locked in place.
Trim system

It is NOT electric and yes it works on the fly w immediate reaction (unlike electric)

That Ride plate pic is of my prototype which works awesome
I can make them if people want them, I would make them out of lightweight composite though not this heavy metal one. I would finish this one off to flawless then use it as the plug for the mold.
MUCH more control and improved holeshot cornering and hull attitude under all conditions
looks cool too
Nice, !!
How much for a ride plate?
Nice, !!
How much for a ride plate?
That depends on a number of factors:
1. Carbon/kevlar or Fiberglass?
2. Am I making one or twenty?
3. How quickly do you need it?

If I get an order for at least 10 I will be able to make them for approximately starting at $265.
they will be better than my prototype by virtue of extremely low turbulence fasteners fitting as flush as possible in the ride plate bosses and perhaps remove able fins for absolute tracking and true planted rear end for 3 ups that pull skiers or whatever behind also.
Oh I forgot I also cut open my waterbox and reworked it for better flow....

Hi mate. Can you put a rear exit exhaust on a 3up trixx or will back deck be in the way?
