Unfortunately that feature only exist on the 90 (HO) not the 60, also stated in your manual book.

Make friends with a mechanic at a dealership, They can bump it up to the 90HP for you. (For free)

Is that to say its the same engine with different firmware ? Gee I guess that means they can bump it down to 60 HP too... if they want.
