We picked-up our new Spark yesterday from the dealer. Orange, 3-up, 90hp, IBR, Convenience package. They threw in the cover, SeaDoo fenders (orange thingys), Foot pads (not yet installed by me), a set of dock lines, and a discount on the trailer. Will be hitting the water for the first time this weekend. Weather is forecast to be perfect, even if the water will be a little chilly at 61 degrees.

Here are some "new ski porn" pics for all to enjoy. I'll post more from our weekend fun.

Lookin' good @NeoGeoH

I guess you'll just have to try not to fall off of the Spark while you are riding in order to avoid the chilly waters.

Sounds like you got a fairly good deal ultimately too. Good on ya.

Grad's on the ski. Sounds like you got an awesome deal. I see from your pic's the Ohio sticker. You by chance get it from Honda East in Toledo?

Purchased from Powersports of Cleveland. Made the deal with them during the boat show in February. The were pretty hard on the price of the ski, but willing to toss in the extras ($425) and discount the trailer a bit ($100). I was happy with the deal I got.

Pics as promised. We had a great 2 days on water this weekend. Weather was perfect. Got a late start on Saturday and the lake was a little rough by the time we got out there, but OK. Sunday morning we started early and enjoyed almost flat calm waters, that was fun. We ended up putting about 5.5 hrs on the new girl. Myself and my 17 y-o son did all the riding. Sometimes, with my daughter sometimes without. Looking forward to a fun summer with our new spark! Report on tube-towing coming next week.

Tubing update: Spent two days on the lake this weekend, riding and pulling a 1 and 2 person tubes. Any concerns I had about the ski's performance pulling a tube have been alleviated. It performed great. Part of it probably has to do with the kind of tube we have as well. Kids had a combined weight of about 230lbs, then add the tube. Ski had no problem whatsoever.

Glad to hear it went well! We have the same tube and look forward to trying it out behind the spark at our cabin later this month!
