So i found something interesting considering i havent received any kind of payment info for my spark in almost 3 months. I called the finance company to see why there was a delay or that if i missed something in the mail. What i found was the the dealer never sent them the ok go ahead for the loan. They have called twice apparently and still nothing haha. Im a little confused by this sitatution.

A free Spark isn't bad lol. Anyways sooner or later your dealer would have noticed.

As long as you don't get penalized or anything because of someone else's mistake. I don't think you are going to be able to turn this into a discount or anything. Hopefully no harm, no foul.
Thats funny how they released the spark to you without the loan goign through. In the end I don't think you should get penalized in anyway since its not your fault. Seems as if the dealer screwed up or a caase of miscommunication between themselves and the financial dept.

Free spark!!!!!!!!

Um, why call? LoL, though I can tell ya the payments "due" by the contract ARE accruing, so don't spend that money! And, if they reposses in the winter, no big deal! (JK :)

Hahaha all valid points. Learning what ive learned i started setting them aside. The lady on the phone from the finance company said well congrats on 90 days deferred payments haha. Its cool in a certain regard, but at the same time i don't wanna get screwed. But yeah free Spark i guess for the summer.

Take it back at the end of summer and say thanks but I don't want it anymore lol
Then find a new dealer and get a 2015 next year lol
Just be mindful you don't get dinged for the interest accrued over 90 days of deffered payments. It won't be TOO much, but still, why should you shell out interest when someone made the error...
