Got bored of the originial color and had some fun with plasti dip yesterday. I used their O.D. matte green paint and am loving the look so far.
I will be testing today, I expect it will be rather durable as Ive had it on my trucks wheels for about 8 months now without any peeling.

Let me know what you think!

Looks good! I too have thought about plasti dipping mine. I am a huge fan of the stuff haha. Just concerned about peeling it off and not getting all of it off.

I'm "that guy" who already cracked the front bumper so I'll practice with plasti dip on that.
It came out good. With all the talk about how finicky the plastic is, do you think it will stay?
Update on durability: Took it out all day yesterday and all day today and the dip is holding up very well, only one small ding occured when I had it tied up to the dock.
I have plastidipped my spark too, I did the white piece across the bars and the two white side pieces in black. It holds up to the water just fine but I did rub off a small spot on the bars when my vest rubbed it when jumping wake from a wake boat. But quick to fix just a spray and done.

That's the best part about the dip, any small spots rub off it's very easy to fix, I like it because it sets them apart from all the other sparks
I like I like. Looks a bit military chic, storm the beaches and pillage the babes! hehehhh

Hahaha that's exactly what I was going for!
Thanks for the feedback guys!
someone have a link to this stuff?? I would like to check it out.
This is where I ordered mine from

https://www.dipyourcar.com
It was $30 for 3 cans of the paint including shipping and about 2 hours including removing the upper deck, masking everything off and letting the paint cure.
I like the military feel. Pretty cool.

Please no "Call of Duty" stickers though :p
I used 2 coats Black Plasti Dip
2 coats Silver metalizer Plasti Dip
2 Coats Krylon (Bonds to Plastic) Gloss on my white sides and handle bar cover.

The Krylon Gloss seals much better than the Plasti Dip Gloss which still feels porous when you through.

Even with my knee rubbing occasionally it still looks Great.

The subtle green goes along nice with the black it definitely adds a unique touch. i'm sure others that have seen you must think its a stock color.

For $30 its a pretty good deal might have to look in to this.
