I need replace the output sleeve on my PWC but i dont find any specific information about that how perform that job.

Will be necessary remove the crankshaft?

Someone who has already done that job?

i remove the crankshaft and take out the broken one with heat and puller. did the thread and mount again. works perfect..

Trying to do the same.. for crank removal do you just remove timing chain tensioner or do cams need to come off too?

And did you have the crank threaded at a local machine shop or where did you do that?

to take the crankshaft off need to remove all the cams off. I remove the old sleeve with a heat and hydraulic Pres.
them I used a tathe to make the thread.
works like a charme.
