Hello,
Just to let everyone know we rode the entire inland waterway from Crooked lake out to Cheboygan, and then up to Mackinaw City about (64 miles). When we got into Mackinaw we had just under a gallon left in each spark. So it can be done, but wow my legs are sore!! we originally started from Boyne City and went around to Harbor Springs and Petoskey, portaged over to crooked lake and topped the tanks. The total trip was roughly 90 miles.

So how long did it take you to complete this entire journey? Sounds like you might get hungry on such an adventure. Are you planning on doing it again any time soon?

We left Boyne at 12:00, stopped in Harbor Springs for lunch and were in Mackinaw by 7:00.

Would you say average mph 25 using about 2 gph? Nice ride... I looked it up on the map. What was the water like? How far did you have to portage?

Sounds like a good weekend. well with the duration of the trip your legs are bound to take a toll.

Did you do all 90 miles on less that one take of gas?

about 64 miles on 1 tank of gas. I thought it would be nice and smooth but going across Burt and Mullet lake was brutal, the places that it would have been a great run it was no wake. oh well.

not bad, i wonder how many miles others have done on one tank alone and who is the highest.
