Has anyone installed the black rubber bumpers. is that a DIY project or leave it to the dealer to install?

how is it mounted? if its just a few bolts i would do it myself.

I don't think it can be that hard that you need to go to the dealer to have it installed but if you're not the DIY type, it might be a good idea to go to the dealer

I havent seen the black ones, are they like the orange ones? The orange Spark bumpers are just snap ins...

I plan on installing the black ones as well...not sure if it is a top hull off job but i know they will have to come off when I have to pull the top of the hulls off to do the break in maintenance interval so I going to put them on right after it is done...If nobody has done install pics by then, I'll see if I can get one up...

If you are referring to the black side protectors, i recommend using contact cement to go along with the tape they use. The tape is not adequate. I lost one small piece and others have as well. The set on my wife's have had no problems. They are not hard to install, clean the surface well before installation.
If you have a dealer install, you probably could hold them liable if you lose a piece.

The orange fenders are simple to use. They have instructions with them on punching out the hole where they mount.
