Seadooing with Bluetooth Headphones

Hey everyone,

Does anyone use or know of any bluetooth headphones that have a submersion rating that would allow for the odd dunk when you fall off if you were riding? (Pending you didn't lose them!) I personally wouldn't be wearing them when messing around but if you were going for a cruise or adventuring, it would be nice to know they are partially protected if they/you fell in the drink!

Thanks!

Thanks DickB,

Looking forward to another summer on the water! Always nice to have a few tunes to ride with. Do you have any of them or know of anyone who has used any of them? That's quite a few to look through and I don't know which ones would do best!
Wearing headphones while riding makes me nervous. Either they might break with water damage and not being able to hear while riding also doesn't seem completely safe. That's just my 2 cents though.

I think this would be pretty cool!

I wear a helmet, because I ride in the ocean. I've been thinking about mounting some helmet speakers. One for music, and one for communications.

I completely agree that it can be dangerous if you aren't in the correct setting. I was planning to use these when in familiar territory such as the semi private lake that my cottage is on. I wouldn't use them when riding in large open lakes on busy days or in river systems when you have to watch for other boats coming up behind you etc.

Just thought it would be nice to ride around with some music, but I guess a speaker would work too if I could find waterproof speakers that would withstand a rollover!
I use soundpeats q7 I got them for 30 bucks on amazon they are not submersible or waterproof but work well for the price
