I just got me a See Doo Spark 2UP with 90 HP. One of the accessories I ordered was the Speed Tie set. Today was the first time I should use Spped Ties and front tie got stuck - I can not move it in or out, it is stuck about 50 cm out. How can I get it to work again?

Stupid question. But did you pull the lock. There is a little tab beside where the tie goes in that locks the rope where it is
