Just got to 14hrs on the ski yesterday and while I was driving it back in i noticed the steering making a squeaky noise turning left to right. Anyone had this yet?
steering noise.

Mine kinda makes a creeking sound sometimes, but not enough times for me to worry. I'm going o have my dealer check out everything on it here soon to make sure all is good. Mine have 9 hours on them.

Mine makes a very noticeable c reeking sound. I hear it in the no wake zones. I don't even have to touch the steering. Just move my weight back front left of right.

I noticed mine doing that creeking noise too..it started at about 10 hrs .doesnt do it all the time just mainly when up by the steering neck gets wet..but i haven't had any sticking of the steering or problems so i aint to worried about it .

Weird how they all started around the same hours. Didn't seem to effect the steering cause I still had a blast at the lake.

mine started squeaking too after 5 hrs. not super loud but i notice it. (just started last time i was on the water)

Yup. Maybe there was some sort of coating that wore off somewhere that is causing it to squeak now. If I call BRP to ask they will tell me to ask my local technician who will tell me they don't know. From what I heard the Spark was five years in the making. I'm going to guess the last year did not include taking a bunch of them and running them on water for a year to work out the kinks

I think the part about maybe something wore off is correct. Like you, after last weekends non stop spark fest I need a break this weekend. Will look at the ski next weekend though and see if I can see anything.

Same here but, can't see any problems...just over 6~ hours on mine.
Anybody else get a flashlite, look and find anything suspicious?

i havent looked into it but have a lil flash light on the ski, ill take a peak. im not super concerned but id like to know if it just needs a little WD-40 or its the start of a bigger issue.

Yeah like my handlebars flying off lol
Mine squeaked for a while around the 5-8 hour mark, It was the plastic on the steering column(just above the lcd display) rubbing on the plastic below when I put force down on one bar, and up on the other and turn the bars left to right. This has since gone away and am a very happy sparker 
As of this post I have 11 hours and 20 minutes on the spark and will have over 20 hours in a week... I love this thing!
