it wasnt that loud at all but does have a nice tone and the whole motor open couldnt get a real good sound going to tak another go tomarrow with the go pro . ill post it

No I just set it there . when its back together it wont be touching anything. Just there for demo purposes.

Yes, it does add performance looking at the range of 1 to 2 mph and around 3 to 4 HP. You can take the back piece of without having to take off the whole cover but I would recomend it . Id take to hold cover of just so you have the room to work. And yes these are like the big aftermarket companies but just more cost efficient for the average person. That was one of the reasons why I took this project on is to make an affordable aftermarket products for everyone to enjoy

Sorry but i find it hard to think that you will gain any performance with this. The silencer (plastic box) must then be the restricting part in the link, which i don't think it is. But i've heard that you could get a better flow if you remove whats inside the waterbox (or go with the Riva one)... To gain RPMs to get higher speeds you'll have to remap the engine. Hmm, but for the sound - it's still probably worth it. Still i appreciate your work!

Well I guess Ill find out wont I just hard that other aftermarket companies are making the similar thing claiming gains in performance and rpms which will give you mph . All things from factory have restrictive things on all there cars , trucks, motorcycle, even ski's . So how is it that making it flow and adding more air is not going to give it any more performance!? Im not understanding u .

Well, the boost form 90 to 109 HP barely gives 1-2 MPH increase, how much is the boost of 3-4 HP really gonna do?

I'm also skeptical of real performance boost. I look forward to some published numbers.

Of course ur skeptical cause no one out there is doing the R&D that im taking my own time and money to do what big company's cant even do plus half of what they charge. So it easy to read what they say and u believe them cause there a company . When I put ski to ski to show gains they just tell u . And u cant believe everything u read.

Just send me mine. Freeing up that exhaust has to help and even if the performance isn't that much.....that better (sweet) sound will make me faster.
