The Advantages of Super Cell Fender/SC Fender/ Large Diameter/ Circular Cell Fender
Comparing with other fenders, super cell fender/ SC fender owns its own advantages:
1.Using vulcanizing technique with whole steel mould, it seems perfectly good and the compactness of its body is good too.
2.The shape of its design is reasonable and which is with higher dispersions of stresses than other fenders. So its compression deformation is up to 52.5% and its lifespan is longer.
3.When it is slant berthing, the performance degradation of compression deformation is small’
4. The topside area of super cell fender is big, so the pressure is low of its every side which contacted with the ship. Meanwhile, the friction coefficient of plastic cover is small, so the transverse fiction coefficient is small.
