You do know that the "step" is actually for your knee. Pull it down and put your right knee on the pad, then reach up and grab the handle behind the seat. From there you should be able to pull up and get your left knee onto the ski and climb the rest of the way on. It would be very tough to put your foot on the knee pad and pull yourself up - even for a 19 yo.
yeah, I guess that's how I got on it. I was so upset that my wife flipped me off, on a small wake and then refused to listen when I coached her up. I am used to big easy ones, I think they could have done better. Also, think it's stupid how the wells fill with water!
