Whats this I hear about a recall?

I got mine today. They just sent it. I didn't have to request it.
I guess I will call my dealer so I can find out if they have some new ones.
I'm wondering for the ones going out now will already have the recall done...
Its a simple panel they'll mail it to your house. looks to be sealed better
I figure that they've fixed the problem with any new ones that they may be selling. It is a really easy fix though so there isn't too much to worry about.
I'd be more concerned with the handle bars completely breaking off like I've seen in some pictures on this website. That looks scary.

Handle bars for sure and hull are biggest weak points for me as I have the hull "annomyles" on my spark
