Where are you from?

I've been seeing a lot of people from Melbourne joining this forum so I thought that I'd start a thread to figure out where everyone is coming from. I am living in Toronto at the moment. Not much water activities happening here right now, unless its frozen water. I'm sure there is much more fun with the Spark to be had down under.

Is it warm enough to use the Spark where you are?

From BC here. I think that there was another person from BC on here. Lots from Australia, like you said.

I'd imagine that membership on the forum may pick up once the weather starts getting warmer.
from NYC
looking forward to getting my spark and getting out of the city and on the water somewhere south.
Naples Florida, where the driving dead come to play bumper cars all winter.
Warm? I saw 88f yesterday, but had to go to Miami, so didn't get to go out on the Spark.
4 miles from the beach, 8 to the nearest launch.

British Columbia !

geez 4 miles to the beach

lucky you!

must move somewhere warm... and by a beach :D
I can't believe that it was 88f in Florida. Its crazy how warm the "winter," if you can even call it that, is down south. I guess the trade off is that when it does become summer it becomes unbearably hot. In the end I'll stick with the seasonal weather here in Canada.

@seaking where would you go to down south? Florida? South Carolina?

I haven't looked into it enough but I would avoid the west coast due to radiation levels being super high, rather stay eastern and go to florida.
is the radiation theory true?

being aussie I must say the usa is split up between conspiracy followers and non conspiracy followers, that's wat it seems like,

its a big problem if the radiation levels are as high as some make out them to be
nobody knows. hard to prove what sort of radiation levels are considered safe for us.

i'm not about to go around with a device and a tin foil hat measuring radiation.

seen pictures of mass amounts of fish with tumors all off of the west coast, took it for face value, but it is something to look into

about to watch this video on it, it's a start:

im in Tampa right on!!
thunder bay Ontario Canada, where the BIG lake froze over this winter
I am in Saskatchewan Canada, I can't wait until late may when I am supposed to get my 3up... and our summer finally starts.

There have been way too many -40(celsius) and lower days this year.
Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado here. I ride on Lake Granby which is still froze over and won't thaw till May. I have two 3 Up's on order, one bubble gum, one pineapple, both with IBR, Convenience Package, Speed Ties, and Depth Finders. I can't wait!!! The bubble gum one, my wife's, will stay stock. Mine on the other hand will be getting a free flow exhaust, V-Tech Tune, possibly an air intake, an intake grate, and properly pitched impeller. I will also be removing the 3 Up extension on mine to have a more playful hull.

East Coast for the win!

Virginia here. Right on the peninsula/coast. Plenty of water where I live.

I plan on getting my Ski right after the seadoo tour is finished in my area. (June 6th).

I signed up for the Seadoo tour, so figured I'd wait a bit to test ride one.
Tallahassee, FL (North Florida) here

I live on a lake so we jetski year round...even in Dec, Jan, Feb, when its 40 degrees, we go out there in wetsuits and sling them around :)

Just purchased 2 Sparks a week ago....one Bubble Gum 2UP Stock for the g/f and a Vanilla 3UP for me...

Might do the V-tech tunes on both of them but for right now its not a priority...
Puyallup Washington here. Temps are starting to warm up around here although summer around here really doesn't start until after the 4th of July. Ordered 2 base model 2ups they should be in this week sometime.
