Who launches from the beach

Who launches from the ocean shore, also do you have special rigs to launch or do you walk the trailer to the water and walk it back? Trying to figure an easy way to put the spark in at St. Augistine and not have to worry about losing the truck or trailer in the surf. Also trying to make it less of a hassle for the family to enjoy beach time with out waiting for me to launch at the closest ramp and meet at the beach.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm launching myself. But i'd recommend using a winch or something...

Forgot to mention that i got a dolly for the trailer aswell, makes it a lot easier.
**** that's high for one weekend at the beach. Plus the trailer would be traveling 300+ mi. So I don't thing that's going to be an option for me.
Just launched in large chop in Lake Erie. Couple of things:

Be quick because your trailer wheels will sink in the sand

Unhook everything before reversing into water (time saver)

Use 4 wheel drive vehicle (got my 2 wheel drive pickup stuck)

Look into getting Sand spikes..you put them under your tires for traction

or

Find a few other people and just carry spark into water

Remember too, people will help you...just ask

The area I would launch from would have a long shallow so I can't back it up I wonder if it would be possible to walk the trailer down to the water with out issue? I have narrow tires on the trailer and that is the only thing I'm worried about.
if you are in a 4wd (not awd) then using 4HI is your best friend. you can easily walk the trailer to the beach and launch not hard as its light and you are unloading.
But when taking the ski out of the water you likely wont be able to walk the spark + trailer + water inside of the trailers frame will be much much harder and you will need help from atleast another person.
how do i know? well a few weeks back got tired of waiting at the ramp to take the spark out of the water and so i beached the ski walked the trailer over and mounted the spark..easy
the not so easy part was then manually hauling spark/trailer/water out at a small incline and had to have a friend help me pull/push it all out.
get an additional device if you dont think your vehicle is either equipped well enough (depends on sand hard packed like daytona beach doesnt matter a regaular honda fit can do it or a soft sand sort then airing the tires down for more traction and 4HI will work)
But you wont know untill you try it..just make sure theres people who can help if you do get stuck

I have a Move 2 trailer and it was impossible to pull it out of the sand manually (2 guys and 2 girls). One Spark though? Maybe, but have a back-up plan. Remember too, if you are in chop and the foot-wells fill with water, your 400 pound Spark suddenly weighs a whole lot more! Makes a huge difference when trying to exit the water.
These work well:

I have used the 2000lbs version to pull a jeep out of mud. This would work well to pull the trailer from the beach back to your tow vehicle. The 2000lbs version goes on sale for about $50.
